• Please note – All estimates are valid for 30 days only. After this period, the estimate is subject to change due to any unforeseeable circumstances or price changes.

    If we have sent you a estimate following a call out and we do not receive the go ahead for the works, the full call out charge will still be payable.

    If any underlying or pre-existing problems are found that were not evident at the time of the initial visit, or any unforeseen circumstances occur then further costs may be incurred to rectify the issues to enable safe installation. 

    Should any issues arise, we will consult with you before any further action is taken and before additional costs are incurred.

    Please be advised that we do not guarantee any pipework or plumbing that is existing within the property and nor do we take responsibility or guarantee any area on the system that we have not directly carried out works on.

    All of our work comes with a 12 month guarantee, however please note, that if any alterations are made to our works by third parties this will void the guarantee.


  • A deposit is required to secure your booking and is due for payment a minimum of one week before work is due to commence.

    The deposit will be either of the following; 50% of the full estimate balance, the full material price if it’s greater than this amount, or full payment upfront and this will be clearly explained in any estimate.

    The remainder of the balance, labour and any additional costs are to be paid within 7 calendar days upon completion of the works.

    Should any further works be required, a follow up report of our findings and the associated costs will be sent through to you. Follow up visits will not be arranged unless payment for the initial visit has been received.

    Service and gas safety certificates will not be released until full payment is received.

    Registering of appliances with Gas Safe and for manufacturers warranties will not be completed until full balance is received.

    At our discretion, we may charge 5% of the balance, per day, as interest for any late payments.

    Payment is available by BACS preferred or cash.
